Smile To Good Health


Believe it or not pretending that everything is all right does erase some of the low points in life.

One of the best ways get over those dreary bridges in life is to smile.


You can not only make someone else's day brighter but improve your overall health.

Almost everyone has one friend who is always happy and smiling. And if you examine them even closer you will probably find that they barely stress,get depressed, or angry easily.

Yes, these are the individuals you think are crazy, but i bet u smile just thinking of them.

Studies from the Georgia Psychological Association found that when you smile it sends a message to the brain that everything is Ok. As you trick yourself into bliss, your mood will get better. And when you are in a better mood, you open up to new possibilities.

Smiling exercises the facial muscles, laughing massages our inner organs by stretching our lungs, relaxing the chest, and helps us breath easier.

In general, you just feel better when u smile or laugh.

Moral of the story: Do not miss out on the things meant for you by letting things get to you.

Keep a smile and keep going!

As I wrote with another blog entry (concerning the inexorable ticking of the biological clock for men), life gets away.

It's too short to be so deadly serious all the time.
