Go Nuts!

Why go crazy when you can go nuts? Well, I will give you a few good reasons: good health, good taste, and a great choice.
Nuts helps lower bad cholesterol and serves as a great snack on-the-go. Helping you feel full longer and loose weight ,and not feel the stress of being on a diet at the same time.
Nuts are quick to make and easy to nibble on.
Out of hand, sprinkled over a salad, or straight out the package, either way nuts adds beauty to any dish or diet.
Of course, I would not recommend something if I did not think it was useful... and tasteful information.
