Sodas: An Unhealthy Alternative

Did you know 17 gallons of sugar are in one 20-ounce can of soda?
That is more than the daily serving of sugar recommeded for a day.
It is normal to drink sodas as a part of socializing but soon this become a habit.
A few things you may want to consider about Sodas:
They are bad on teeth. They eat away the enamel covering on teeth.
People who drink sodas are more likely to have type 2 diabetes
Drinking one can of a 12-ounce soda is equivalent to gaining 15 pounds a year. If you drink 2 or three sodas a days thats 30-45 pounds within 24 hours!
To curb your soda drinking habits, try sparkling flavored water, milk, club soda, or drinks that are 100 percent juice.
But that doesn't mean it is ok to replace these drinks with water.
