Make Scents of Life

Organic scents may help health problems people pay millions to fix.

From depression, low-confidence to respiratory problems, the aroma of a natural scent can having great soothing, smelling, and tasting affects on the body.

Lavender, used in balms and perfumes is also an anti-depressent. It lowers blood pressure, aids in the digestion of fats, and purifies the air.

Chamomiles, apple-scented white flowers used in teas, relax and help you sleep better. According to the American Botanical Council, chamomile has been known for many years as a theraputic, antibacterial, antifungal, antiallergen treatment.

Ginger is a thick, beige, root that you may have seen your mother chop into a stew. Serving as a mind stimulator, ginger gives off a warm invitation and sharpens the senses(ex. memory).

Automatically think pretty when speaking about Jasmines. An ingredient in most cosmetic creams and oils, the scent of a jasmine contains mind effects that promote confidence and will power.

When will be the last time you stop and smell the roses? Hopefully, more often. Set time aside to take in some of the little "gifts of nature." It will pay off in the long run.
