Study Snacks




It's Crunch time. Exams are approaching and stress levels are getting high.

Here are few snack tips for those late nights and long days.

Keep a bottle of water at your side.

Choose baked chips instead of the greasy ones. They have just as much flavor and are healthier.

Trade sweets for a trail mix with dried fruit. Substitute processed sugar for natural ones. If you want to get creative, add some popcorn in.

Remember, to take breaks between studying. Never do more than you can

Have good lighting and choose and environment free of distractions and noise.
