Get the Best Sleep Ever

I know it is going to break your heart, but the snooze button is not your friend.

Those ten more minutes are keeping you away from feeling alert each day.

Many Americans lie down to go to sleep each night, but the sleep part never happens.

Stress, lack of exercise, poor eating habits, among other factors play a major role in not getting enough rest.

Eliminate sleep problems by creating relaxing activities before going to bed. For instance, taking a hot shower or bath, cleaning your bedroom, reading, etc.

Try not to eat 4 hours before going to sleep. It's also a great way to keep extra pounds off.

Make sure your mattress and pillows support your body comfortably. Having the wrong mattress can lead to back and spinal problems.

Take deep breaths before going sleep. This slows the heart rate down and relaxes all the muscles.

If you don't sleep, you can't dream. And what's life without a dream?

Close your eyes. Now your one step away from your dreams.
