Yes, its is possible for you to satisfy your sweet tooth and look great at the same time. Sweets are often associated with tooth decay, high blood pressure, and diabetes.


All true, if the processed, man-made, and highly addictive sugar Americans have come accustomed to are eaten on high intake levels. Instead, replace bad sugars with naturals one.


Substitute debbie cakes and cream puffs with nonfat fruit yogurt, raisins with mixed peanuts, or graham crackers with peanut butter. The palate will not only be pleased, but those sugar-fixes will be gone.




Furthermore, experts at University of Miami found that getting a little sugar in your system calms the body and reduces the production of glucocorticoid, a stress hormone which stores fat in the stomach.
